World Series of Poker Europe Caps Off First 3 Events.

The Guru is here to give you a quick recap of what’s going on over there in the U.K. for the 2008 World Series of Poker Europe – just in case you haven’t been able to follow along.  I’m just going to post some quick final table results and payouts from the first 3 events of the WSOPE.

Also, as a reminder, the £10,000 Main Event is expected to begin this weekend and will feature some of the top live and online talent in the world putting down the huge buy-in for the finale.  Defending champion Annette Obrestrad will no doubt go to great lengths to not only defend her Main Event title from 2007, but also to keep up her reputation as one of the most dangerous tournament players in all of Europe.

EXCLUSIVE Russ Hamilton Interview Post-UB Scandal.

My good buddy that runs our partner site over at Poker Strategy Forums has released an EXCLUSIVE video of Russ Hamilton talking about the scandal surrounding him and his involvement with the AP/UB cheating that went down early last year and spilled over into the latter part of 2008.

You will NOT find this video anywhere else right now, so please watch and discuss it over at one of the rising Generasitogel poker forums on the interwebs by clicking on the link below.  You will have to be patient as the video is going to be released in 10 more segments to really build up the drama behind the drama that has undoubtedly swallowed by the former WSOP champion’s life as of late.

I’m very intrigued over what he has to say about the investigators formally implicating him as the main culprit behind the cheating scandal that stole countless millions from hi-limit poker players on the very site he helped build up from nothing.  Discuss away by checking out the following link:…
